Aspire Behavioral Health and Developmental Disability Services (also known as Albany Area Community Service Board) is a public, non-profit community service board providing mental health, addictive disease, and developmental disability services to citizens of Dougherty, Baker, Calhoun, Early, Lee, Miller, Terrell, and Worth Counties in Southwest Georgia. The organization provides the opportunity and support individuals need to make changes to improve behavioral health and developmental disability challenges. As a National Health Service Corps site, Aspire serves all patients and offers discounted fees for those who qualify, accepting Medicaid, Medicare, and CHIP.
