Bear River Health Outreach

Bear River Health offers a network of substance use disorder recovery services located in northern Lower Michigan. The organization provides comprehensive services across all stages of recovery, including withdrawal management with 24-7-365 medically supervised care, residential treatment programs at separate campuses for men (Walloon Lake and Boyne Falls) and women (Gaylord), and outpatient services with integrated medication-assisted treatment.
