Beacons of Hope

Beacons of Hope was founded in 2021 to provide family-oriented addiction assistance programs. The organization serves citizens of Perry and surrounding counties, offering exceptional care for Substance Use Disorder, Behavioral Health, and Co-Occurring Disorders. Core services include targeted case management, peer support, behavioral health counseling, substance use counseling, telehealth services, pediatric counseling, intensive outpatient programming, parenting services, residential treatment, and anger management. The practice operates locations in Hazard and Vicco and is the only center in the area offering Level 3.1 and Level 3.5 residential services. Staff are responsible for patient-centered care emphasizing dignity, recovery, and reintegration into work and family life.
