BCD Hoover Treatment Center

BCD improves the quality of life for low-income, underserved, disadvantaged and at-risk adults and their families suffering from substance abuse and drug addiction in Little Rock, Arkansas. The organization offers substance abuse treatment, affordable and transitional housing, healthcare screenings, mental health services, meals, and childcare. BCD serves the disadvantaged communities in Little Rock's 12th Street Corridor and Midtown area, focusing on providing better housing and economic opportunity south of I-630.
