Catholic Charities Family and Community Services (CCFCS) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit human services agency and division of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Rochester. Located in Rochester, NY, the organization provides comprehensive services to vulnerable families and individuals across all stages of life. Services include behavioral health, mental health and recovery support (CORE and HCBS), coordinated care and support for people of all ages, employment and independence programs, housing and stabilization, intellectual and developmental disabilities support, refugee and immigration services, support for families and children, care management, services for people with HIV/AIDS, and services for older adults and seniors. The agency works with individuals facing challenges related to addiction, mental illness, aging, HIV, poverty, developmental disabilities, and immigration, helping them live independently with dignity.
