Axiom Care

Axiom Care is an in-network AHCCCS/Medicaid substance use treatment provider founded in 2012 that offers comprehensive addiction treatment services in Maricopa and Pinal Counties, Arizona. They provide 24/7 observation, detox, residential, and outpatient programs for individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. The clinical team includes doctors, licensed counselors, clinicians, case managers, and support staff. Axiom Care offers individualized programming based on client needs, including curriculum developed in partnership with the Navajo Department of Health and the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry. They emphasize the therapeutic relationship and utilize the Stages of Change model, recognizing that clients may be at different levels of commitment to sobriety while still benefiting from treatment. Services address the underlying causes of addiction through individual therapy, group therapy, family counseling, housing support, life skills training, employment services, and peer support.
