Axiom Care is a substance use treatment provider founded in 2012 with facilities in Maricopa and Pinal Counties, Arizona. As an in-network AHCCCS/Medicaid provider, the organization offers comprehensive addiction treatment services including 24/7 observation, medical detox, residential inpatient programs, and outpatient services.
