Aware Recovery Care

Aware Recovery Care provides in-home addiction treatment (IHAT) delivered directly to clients' homes, allowing them to heal while maintaining their daily life. The program treats individuals with alcohol use disorder, opioid use disorder, and other substance use disorders through a team of specially trained addiction professionals. Services include in-home addiction treatment, virtual detox, and medication assisted treatment across multiple states. The program moves through four phases of support tailored to individual needs over time, with care delivered virtually, in person, or as a combination of both, working around clients' schedules. Clinical outcomes include an 89% abstinence rate post-treatment, 86% family satisfaction, 84% engagement with a primary care provider post-treatment, and a 63% completion rate at 24 weeks compared to the industry average of 25-30%.
