At ASPIRE, every adolescent suffering with a substance use disorder is believed to be capable of transformative positive change when given the tools and supports to thrive. The practice is located at 465 Route 23 South, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444. Aspire offers a Partial Hospitalization Program, operating 5 days a week for 5 hours a day. They also provide an Intensive Outpatient Program, which runs 3 hours a day, 3 days a week, and an Outpatient Program, offered 2 days a week for 1 hour a day. The dedicated multi-disciplinary staff specializes in adolescents. Aspire integrates evidenced-based practices with experiential therapies to cultivate healing. The program is steeped in the successful philosophy of 12 step programming, focusing on what works and capitalizing on client strengths and needs. This comprehensive treatment experience empowers adolescents to make better choices and achieve long term abstinence. Aspire understands that addiction impacts teens differently than adults. Through various services, ASPIRE Counseling Center meets the distinct needs of adolescents and their families whose lives have been disrupted by substance use and problematic behavior. The practice is family centered and solution based, treating every client and family member with compassion and respect. Their mission is to provide high quality care in a safe and nurturing environment that promotes healing and abstinence while developing coping skills to foster self esteem and positive long-term change. Aspire's therapeutic modalities foster right thinking and right behaviors, which in turn fosters self-esteem. The treatment team works to correct negative self-image and foster new beliefs that each client is capable of change and happiness. They address any underlying issues that may have contributed to substance use. Every client has the opportunity to meet with a mental health professional specializing in adolescent diagnosis and treatment.
