Asian Counseling Treatment Services

Asian Counseling Treatment Services (ACTS) is a non-profit agency established in February 2003 serving the Tacoma and Lynnwood communities in Washington. ACTS provides assessment and evaluation services for substance use disorder, mental health, problem gambling, and operates a DUI program. The organization is fully approved by Washington State for substance abuse treatment, mental health, problem gambling, and domestic violence perpetrator programs. ACTS emphasizes culturally competent care tailored to individual identity, culture, and experience. They serve Korean, Vietnamese, and English-speaking clients. The main office is located in Lakewood, WA with an additional office in Lynnwood, WA. ACTS contracted with Pierce County Optum BHO in 2015 for substance use disorder and mental health outpatient programs, and with Medicaid WA Apple Health Plans in 2019.
