Clare VA Clinic is an outpatient clinic located in Clare, Michigan that provides primary care and specialty health services to veterans. The clinic offers mental health services, treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), women's health services, laboratory and pathology services, and other health services. Mental health care includes counseling and support for a range of conditions including addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Services are provided through individual and group therapy on an outpatient basis. The facility operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and is located at 11775 North Isabella Road, Clare, MI 48617-9186. Cost is free for eligible veterans.
