Alcohol and Drug Dependency Services of Southeast Iowa (ADDS) is licensed by the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services to provide prevention, substance use disorder treatment, and problem gambling treatment services. ADDS is part of the HHS Integrated Provider Network with services funded by the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. The organization operates multiple locations across Southeast Iowa including Burlington, Mount Pleasant, Keokuk, and Wapello, offering outpatient counseling, residential services, peer recovery coaching, walk-in evaluations, and medication-assisted treatment.
