Affect provides comprehensive mental health and addiction treatment through a smartphone app. The program delivers integrated treatment for conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, postpartum depression, and substance use disorders affecting alcohol, cocaine, marijuana, prescription painkillers, heroin, methamphetamine, and fentanyl. Care is delivered entirely online through a secure mobile app and includes one-on-one sessions with licensed therapists and doctors via video, messaging support between sessions, prescribed medications when needed, peer support, and a science-backed rewards system to motivate progress. Treatment is private and confidential, accessible from anywhere without travel. Insurance covers treatment for most members, with 90% of members receiving entirely free care.
