Adapt Brookings

Adapt Integrated Health Care is an Oregon-based community health center with over 50 years of service. The organization provides patient-centered primary care, behavioral health care, and addiction treatment services across nine locations in Southwest Oregon including Roseburg, Bandon, Brookings, Gold Beach, Grants Pass, North Bend, Port Orford, Reedsport, and Winston. Services include psychiatric services with transcranial magnetic stimulation and ketamine options, mental health care encompassing mobile crisis, walk-in crisis services, case management, individual and group counseling, youth wraparound, and forensic mental health services. Addiction services include rapid access, sobering center, detoxification, adult and youth residential programs, opioid treatment programs, and adult and youth outpatient services. The organization also offers problem gambling services and community outreach. At Adapt, no one is denied access to services due to inability to pay, and a discounted/sliding fee schedule is available based on family size and income.
