The Wisconsin Council on Problem Gambling (WCPG) is a resource and advocacy organization dedicated to problem gambling awareness and support in Wisconsin. WCPG provides crisis support via phone at 850-888-4673 (HOPE) and a national helpline at 1-800-426-2535. The organization offers educational outreach to youth and young adults, including college programming and school presentations. WCPG maintains directories of gambling treatment providers offering inpatient, residential, and intensive outpatient treatment, and facilitates access to support groups including Gamblers Anonymous, The Gambling Recovery Group, SMART Recovery meetings, and Gam-Anon meetings for family members. The organization also hosts webinars and educational events on gambling disorder, provides assessment tools and resources, and supports research and public awareness efforts around gambling disorder and its intersection with mental health issues such as suicide risk.
