A Connecting Pointe

A Connecting Pointe provides alcohol and drug evaluations, treatment, education, and court monitoring services for individuals charged with substance-related legal offenses and those with domestic violence charges. The practice serves justice-involved individuals with mental health and substance misuse problems. Services include Alcohol and Drug Information School (ADIS), substance abuse and batterer's intervention treatment, court-approved evaluations, diversion and probation monitoring, theft prevention and anger management classes, a virtual intensive outpatient program (VIOP), outpatient program (OP), and aftercare/relapse prevention. Treatment is individualized and may include one-on-one therapy, group therapy, and family therapy with licensed mental health professionals and addiction counselors. Evaluations typically range from 45 to 90 minutes and are conducted either in-person or via telehealth. The organization sends monthly reports to courts on all monitoring cases and provides court-tailored treatment groups.
