A Better You is a medical practice led by Dr. Todd Simpson that offers a range of primary care, wellness, and opioid addiction treatment services. The practice provides medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder using Buprenorphine-Naloxone products such as Suboxone or Zubsolv, which decrease withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings. The practice is part of the MATRIARC program (Medication Assisted Treatment Recovery Initiative for Arkansas Rural Communities), a partnership between UAMS' Psychiatric Research Institute and Arkansas DHS, which provides funding for uninsured and underinsured patients. Services include general primary care, medical weight loss, management of high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol, as well as wellness services such as smoking cessation, stress reduction, sleep disorder management, and sexual health services. The practice also offers aesthetic spa services including skin rejuvenation, skin tightening, laser hair removal, and other cosmetic treatments. Monthly opioid addiction treatment visits are available at a cash price of $150, with most major insurances accepted and full financial assistance available for qualifying patients.
