7th StreetResidential Treatment in Salt Lake City, UT
Great to meet you
7th Street Treatment is a recovery program in Utah that operates as a dual-diagnosis therapeutic community focused on helping individuals recover from addiction. The program emphasizes wraparound services designed to nurture relationships, operating on the principle that the opposite of addiction is connection. Treatment focuses on developing group dynamics to process unresolved emotional issues and behavioral patterns contributing to addiction. The program offers a holistically-based assessment approach that addresses the whole being including mind, body, spirit, social, and environmental factors. Clients are housed in a comfortable residential setting on half an acre with spacious bedrooms, living areas, kitchen facilities, and outdoor grounds. Treatment outcomes focus on overcoming relational barriers, practicing emotional regulation and healthy coping skills, discovering positive interactions, learning self-compassion, gaining self-worth through group contributions, and leaving with strong dedication to recovery. The program tailors services to address specific developmental areas identified through therapeutic community observation.

Group therapy
Group Therapy. A small facilitated circle where people working on similar struggles practice naming what is hard, hearing themselves in others, and learning skills together. The room is the medicine.
Holistic
Holistic Care. Adds nutrition, sleep, movement, and mind-body practices alongside the clinical work. Recovery is whole-person; the body matters too.
Trauma-informed care
Trauma-Informed Care. Approaches addiction as something layered on top of unprocessed trauma, not in isolation. Pacing matters more than confrontation.
