2nd Chance

2nd Chance is a treatment clinic in Lexington, Kentucky that specializes in helping adults with opioid addiction and alcohol dependence. The practice is co-owned and operated by Dr. Tuyen T. Tran, MD, MBA (Chief Executive Officer) and Dr. Marvin A. Bishop, MD, MBA (Chief Financial Officer). Both physicians are board-certified in addiction management and have over 20 years of medical experience. Dr. Tran completed his medical degree at the University of Missouri–Kansas City and residency at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Bishop earned his medical degree and undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky, with additional training in internal medicine and endocrinology. The clinic offers a variety of treatment options to help clients manage opioid addiction. Both founders are active members of the American Society of Addiction Medicine and the Kentucky Medical Association, and are leadership members of the Kentucky Society of Addiction Medicine. The practice was established in response to the growing opioid epidemic affecting the community.
